Job Description

Position Overview:

Join our team as an IT and Technology Recruitment Consultant and become a specialist in sourcing top-tier talent for some of the most renowned names in the tech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing high-caliber IT and Tech professionals, guiding them through the entire recruitment process until they start their new positions.

Compensation:
  • Basic Salary: £28,000-£35,000

  • Uncapped Commission: Expected earnings of £50,000-£60,000 in the first year​

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit specialist IT and Technology professionals for leading tech companies.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

  • Client and Candidate Relationships: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both existing and new clients and candidates.

  • Business Development: Network and engage in business development activities to generate new opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Educational Background: Strong academic history, preferably with a 2:1 degree or higher (though not required).

  • Experience: Preferred experience in recruitment, business-to-business sales, or relevant work experience demonstrating a strong drive for success.

  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, motivation, and a competitive spirit, with experience in extracurricular activities or sports at a competitive level.

  • Personal Qualities: Positive, fun, and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
