The Role:

We are seeking a motivated 360 Consultant or Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes or focusing on business development, with support from our research team. You will execute searches for clients across the EU, US, and other regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain new and long-term client relationships.

• Maximize visibility and engagement with existing clients you’ve secured.

• Deliver top-tier, professional service to both clients and candidates.

• Become an expert in the biopharmaceutical industry, continually expanding your knowledge and understanding of the global market.

• Collaborate with the project delivery team to ensure successful project completion.

Key Attributes:

• ​Previous recruitment/sales experience of at least a year, ideally within the Life Science/Healthcare markets.

• A driven, self-motivated individual with strong team collaboration skills.

• Ability to maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in challenging situations.

• Commitment to continuous learning and developing expertise in the Life Sciences field.

• Adaptability and openness to change in a growing business environment.
