Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to take ownership of the growth and success of our  Engineering and Automation desks. You’ll be joining our dynamic contracts team with over 10 years of experience developing and nurturing high-performing teams. Contract is our biggest growth area and has seen rapid success in the last 12 months.

This role offers a warm desk with no need to build from scratch—We have an exceptional track record in these sectors. Ideal for a competent 360 consultant with a proven history of achieving consistent weekly GP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and build strong client relationships within the Quality, Engineering, Automation, and Validation sectors.

• Leverage existing relationships and networks to maintain and grow your desk.

• Consistently meet and exceed billing targets with a results-driven approach.

• Provide consultative solutions to clients, focusing on quality over quantity.

• Conduct thorough market mapping and stay organized to maximize efficiency.

• Be open to continuous learning and demonstrate adaptability through coaching.
