The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic Principal Executive Search Consultant to join our expanding Technology Leadership division. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our division, which currently consists of a team of around 20 professionals, including researchers, primarily focusing on C-Suite and senior-level roles within the technology sector, particularly with PE-backed clients. Your goal will be to expand our client base, secure new business across diverse markets, and help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

As a Principal Executive Search Consultant, you will lead high-level search assignments, engaging with top-tier candidates to attract exceptional talent for our clients. You will also play a critical role in developing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and executing tailored search strategies to deliver outstanding results. Additionally, you will collaborate with our other service lines—Recruitment, Solutions, and Academy—to leverage existing client relationships and explore new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead executive search assignments, identifying and attracting high-level talent for clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored search solutions.

  • Expand the client base by securing new business opportunities across different markets.

  • Collaborate with other service lines to maximize business development and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results.

  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to the overall success of the Technology Leadership division.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in executive search, with a strong track record at a senior level.

  • Exceptional business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute successful search strategies.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver results on time.
