Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

This role will start as a Delivery Consultant, where you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for open job roles through various methods and systems that will be provided to you. The role includes:

  • Detailed Qualification of candidates to understand their experience and motivations

  • Understanding client requirements and matching these with available and appropriate candidates

  • Marketing of roles and the business to attract candidates and clients including job ads, content creation, and adopting company branding and values.

  • Learning and utilizing sales and negotiation techniques to influence favourable outcomes.

  • Growing and gaining a specialization in the technology market you are working on and building a network to generate leads, references, and referrals.


This role would then transition you into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, which additionally includes:

  • Generating new business through client outreach (such as marketing or cold calling)

  • Understanding the needs and challenges of clients to be able to sell our appropriate services (Retained, Contingent, or Contract), highlight the benefits of working with us, and negotiate competitive contractual agreements.

Training

We have a dedicated L&D team to help you grow from day 1. We take into account each consultant's learning style and have custom, tailor-made programs to allow them to excel and earn commission as quickly as possible. Our consultants have been promoted as early as 3 months!

The training plan includes:
• 1-to-1 training sessions with your manager and daily check-ins, feedback, and reviews. 
• Boardroom seminars by directors and the L&D team on both the fundamentals, top-biller tricks, and everything in between.
• 24/7 access to an online video learning platform and resources.
• Group role plays to learn from others and practice in a closed environment.
